Floating Memories was created by North Mississippi balloon designer, Hannah Luker. Hannah began balloon design as a way to cope with loss and discovered a passion for helping others make beautiful memories with balloon decor.
Floating Memories is based near Amory, MS and serves all of North Mississippi, Northwest Alabama, and Southwest Tennessee.
From weddings and garden parties to corporate and community events, Floating Memories is here to provide custom-designed, luxury-style balloon decor for your next event.

What We Offer
All balloon designs start at $15 per foot plus an additional 20% setup and delivery fee for events within 40 miles of our location in Amory, MS. Delivery rates will be charged by mile for events greater than 40 miles away.
In addition to custom balloon arches, balloon columns, balloon garlands, and balloon centerpieces, we offer custom backdrops and additional decor options.

Meet our owner, Hannah Luker
Hannah Luker resides near Amory, Mississippi with her husband, Ervin, and their young son. Hannah is a homemaker who first became interested in balloon design as a hobby around the time of Covid. She quickly discovered she had a knack for balloon art and bringing joy to others by creating unforgettable memories. Hannah began taking classes and building custom balloon arches and other balloon designs for friends and family to gain experience. In 2024, Hannah and Ervin began Floating Memories, with Ervin bringing his skills and experience as a contractor to provide beautiful, unique custom balloon designs and backdrops.
The Lukers’ home base is a quick drive to several North Mississippi cities including Tupelo, MS; Starkville, MS; Columbus, MS; West Point, MS; Pontotoc, MS; New Albany, MS; and Oxford, MS. Additionally, Floating Memories is in near driving distance to Northwest Alabama cities including Tuscaloosa, AL; Florence, AL; Fayette, AL and surrounding towns and communities, as well as Memphis, TN; Jackson, TN; Savannah, TN and surrounding towns and communities in Southwestern Tennessee.
